All services are subject to site inspection, customer approval, and availability.
All quotes are free and non-binding until accepted by the customer.
Prices may vary based on roof size, material, and complexity.
Once a quote is accepted, a written agreement will be provided outlining the scope, timeline, and payment structure.
Payments are due as agreed in the project contract.
A deposit may be required for larger jobs.
Full payment is expected upon job completion unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and other standard methods.
Late payments may result in additional fees and/or legal recovery action.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of adverse weather or emergencies, we may reschedule work for safety reasons.
If you cancel after work has started, you may be charged for labour and materials used to date.
We use high-quality materials and offer warranties on specific services (as per the written agreement).
RoofMasters.ie is fully insured for public liability and worker safety.
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or failure to maintain the roof after completion.
We do not guarantee lifespan where external damage (e.g., storms) is a factor.
Emergency response is based on availability. While we strive to provide fast service, we are not responsible for damages caused before arrival.
